Shipping & Delivery:

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays).

In case of delivery failure due to user error (e.g., incorrect address), any extra cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds:

Partial deliveries must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Cancellations:
